●About soil contamination survey
Substances that stipulate acceptance standards in the construction soil acceptance procedure in Port and Harbor Bureau, Motoichi were revised in June 2014, and "1,4-dioxane" was added. Since the soil contamination survey in this case was conducted before the revision, we did not investigate such substances.
In order to meet a variety of needs, we will recruit developers and sell land at the same time in three sections (55-1, 56-1 and 56-2) along the Minato Mirai Odori.
In last year's open call for participants in 55 and 56 blocks, there were proposals in 55-2 blocks, and we decided on the project planner, so we hope that this open call for participants will lead to the creation of liveliness in the city and the promotion of corporate attraction.

●About soil contamination survey
As a result of the soil contamination survey, substances (fluorine and their compounds) exceeding the specified standard value of the Soil Contamination Countermeasures Act were detected in a part of block 56-2. About division exceeding designated standard value, we appointed as report area required at the time of character change to prescribe in Article 11 Clause 1 of Soil Contamination Countermeasures Act (public notice on March 15, 2013).
This time, after deducting the cost equivalent to removing soil in the designated area from the land price, a public offering will be conducted on condition that the developer removes contaminated soil.
●Application procedure
After completing the registration procedure, the applicant will make a proposal for the business.
In this open call for participants, Yokohama Minato Mirai 21 will perform open call for participants (registration / proposal recruitment).
Yokohama City will make decisions on prospective business persons.

●Contract method
・As a general rule, a reservation contract will be concluded with Yokohama City within six months from the day after the decision of the prospective business person. After that, we will conclude a basic plan agreement and land sales contract within one year from the day after the business planner decision.
・If the 56 blocks are to be developed together, it will be a decision by the City Counsil, so we will conclude a temporary contract without making a reservation contract and conclude a land sales contract after the resolution of City Counsil.
