　About the start of open recruitment of developers in Minato Mirai 21 central district 52 blocks
　Minato Mirai 21 Central District 52 blocks are composed of land owned by the Ministry of Finance (hereinafter referred to as “national land”) and land owned by Yokohama City (hereinafter referred to as “municipal land”). The Kanto Finance Bureau of the Ministry of Finance will announce the two-stage general competitive bidding.
　In the two-stage general competitive bidding on state-owned land, after examining the proposals for land use in the entire 52 blocks, including municipal land, the winning bidder of the state-owned land is determined. This successful bidder will be the business planner of the city-owned land.
　 By recruiting for the entire 52 blocks, it is expected that the development will be integrated with the surrounding blocks, so we will promptly proceed with the open recruitment and work to create liveliness and attract companies.
