　We decided business planner of Minato Mirai 21 central district 52 block which had been conducting open call for developers since November 2020.
　In the future, land utilization will be carried out based on the contents of the proposal, and it is expected that the city will be revitalized by creating more liveliness in the Minato Mirai 21 central district and promoting the attraction of companies.

　About start of open call for participants of development company in Minato Mirai 21 central district 52 block
　Minato Mirai 21 Central District 52 Blocks are composed of land owned by the Ministry of Finance (hereinafter referred to as “state-owned land”) and land owned by Yokohama City (hereinafter referred to as “municipal land”). The Kanto Finance Bureau of the Ministry of Finance will announce the two-stage general competitive bidding.
　In the two-stage general competitive bidding on state-owned land, after examining proposals for land use in the entire 52 blocks, including municipal land, the successful bidder of state-owned land is determined. This successful bidder will be the business planner of the municipal land.
　 It is expected that public offerings will be integrated with the surrounding block by conducting public offerings as a whole 52 blocks, so we will promptly promote public offerings and work to create liveliness and attract companies.
