We have decided on the business planner of "Minato Mirai 21 District 49 Blocks", which had been conducting open recruitment of developers since November 2011.
In the future, it is expected that the development of the Minato Mirai 21 area will be further advanced by utilizing land based on the proposals.

Yokohama City is working to promote the sale of unused land from the viewpoint of effective use of assets, and this time, we will conduct a public offering sale of municipal land (hereinafter referred to as "49 blocks") located in 49 Minato Mirai 21 district. .
Block 49 is located in an area where both Minato Mirai Line Shin-Takashima Station and Municipal Subway Takashimacho Station can be used, so we are looking for attractive proposals that contribute to the improvement of Yokohama's urban brand.

Applicants will make a business proposal after completing the registration procedure.
In this open call for participants, Yokohama Minato Mirai 21 will perform registration, proposal recruitment, and examination. Yokohama City will determine the prospective business after receiving a report on the results of the examination from the corporation.
