We decided business planner of "Minato Mirai 21 district 49 block" which carried out open call for developers from November, 2011.
In the future, it is expected that the development of Minato Mirai 21 district will further advance by utilizing land based on the proposals.

Application procedure

In this open call for participants, Yokohama Minato Mirai 21 will perform registration, proposal solicitation, and examination. Yokohama City will determine the prospective business after receiving a report on the results of the examination from the corporation.
