Progress of land acquisition

In recent years, with regard to public works, from the viewpoint of increasing cost awareness and revitalizing the economy, the idea that early completion should be achieved as soon as possible has been strengthened.
Under such circumstances, the rules of timely application for business certification, etc. will be made known to the business entity and residents, and the active use of the Land Expropriation Law in order to fulfill accountability regarding the progress management of the business. Since it is supposed that the progress of the jurisdiction business, including the city planning business, should be announced, Yokohama City has decided to publish it on its website.

Main projects that have reached 80% in the land acquisition rate in one business certification application unit, or three years have passed since the end of the placement of land width piles.
