Direction of future initiatives based on actual results

■Results to date
Regarding assets that are considered to be usable, we will promote initiatives such as selling and lending to secure public utilities and securing financial resources, and the area of assets decided to be utilized has reached 13.5 ha in a total of four years. Achievements exceeded the target value. In fiscal 2020, we revised the "Guidelines for Utilization and Disposal of Decommissioned Facilities" and are considering the utilization of closed school facilities.
In addition, on the city website (Finance Bureau City Land Portal Site), we worked to enhance the content by listing land information such as the location and area of the land, and systematically publishing it in a searchable format. .

■Direction of Future Initiatives
Regarding the land owned, the utilization of highly marketable land has progressed due to efforts so far, but land with abolished facilities such as closed schools, changes or cancellation of business, changes in socio-economic conditions, etc.・ Land that has been provisionally used is left mainly in suburban areas. In order to maximize the value of these unused land, under the policy of the entire agency, the Asset Management Bureau formulates a plan for optimization, and works closely with the ward office and related bureaus, We will strategically utilize it as an important resource with various possibilities, such as the possibility of solving regional issues and contributing to financial resources, through further opening of information and various public-private partnerships.
