(Business that can expropriate or use land)
Article 3 A business that becomes public interest that can expropriate or use land must be business related to thing corresponding to any of the following items.
(I) Roads under the Road Law (Act No. 180 of 1952), general motorways or dedicated expressways under the Road Transportation Act (Act No. 183 of 1951) Limited to those used for general freight car transportation business under the Road Transportation Business Act (Act No. 83 of 1989))) or off-street parking lot by the Parking Lot Act (Act No. 106 of 1957)
(Measures to disseminate compensation, etc.)
Article 28-2 The entrepreneur shall immediately notify the landowner and related persons of the compensation that can be received and other matters specified by Ordinance of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. Necessary measures must be taken to inform the landowners and related persons of the compensation that can be received and other matters specified by Ordinance of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.
