Yokohama Water Supply Long-Term Vision

The “Yokohama Water Supply Long-Term Vision” should be shared with customers and everyone involved in the business in order for the city to manage sustainable water supply and industrial water supply business in the future. It shows the future image and the direction of efforts to realize it.
In the future, based on this vision, we will formulate a concrete implementation plan, the “Mid-term Management Plan”, a budget and management policy for each fiscal year, and operate the business.
In addition, this vision is recommended by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare in order to realize the contents of the "New Water Supply Vision" in which the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare presents the ideal image of future water supply, matters to be addressed, and measures. Position in The long-term vision was approved at the 1st regular meeting of Yokohama City Council in 2016.
