About investigation report about Yokohama-shi private lodging facilities

The "Housing Accommodation Business Law", which stipulates the provision of accommodation services (so-called private lodging services) will be enforced in June 2018.
In Yokohama City, we will grasp the status of facilities that provide private lodging services via the Internet in the city, and through interviews with private lodging operators, private lodging brokerage site operators, and residents around the Minpaku facilities, etc. We carried out "survey about Minpaku facilities in Yokohama" to obtain basic document in examining correspondence of Motoichi.
We are pleased to inform you that the results have been finalized.

(1)Survey on city private lodging facilities
Survey target:　Based on the results of the survey conducted by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
Survey method:　Use of information posted on the Internet
Survey items:　Property type, room type, minimum accommodation fee, number of people who can stay, minimum number of days,
Location of the facility (ward), location of the facility, presence or absence of face-to-face check-in with guest guests, etc.
Whether the host (owner, caretaker) resides, etc.

(2)Hearing surveys with related businesses
Survey method:　Hearing and Questionnaire Survey
Survey target:　Minpaku operators, private lodging brokerage site operators, and residents in the vicinity of Minpaku facilities
Survey items:　Approach to Minpaku and others
