We made a request to the government with Atsugi base related local governments regarding the Osprey accident that occurred off the sea off Nago City, Okinawa Prefecture on December 13, 2016 (PDF: 91KB).

In connection with US military training conduct (PDF: 17KB) at Kitafuji Exercise Area from November 22 to December 2, 2016, ammunition will not be carried in at Mizuho Wharf / Yokohama North Dock, We requested the government to take a thorough system to prevent accidents from occurring, and that it would not lead to enhancement of facilities.
