Donation to GREEN x EXPO 2027 (2027 International Horticultural Exposition) (corporate version of hometown tax payment)

Donations from companies and organizations headquartered outside the city to this project are subject to tax reduction as a local revitalization support tax system (corporate version of hometown tax payment).

It will be used for the maintenance of venues to be implemented by the 2027 International Horticultural Exposition Association and for the operation of the exposition.

If you would like to consider donating to GREEN x EXPO 2027, and if you would like to donate, please contact the GREEN x EXPO Promotion Section by email or telephone.
You may not be able to receive donations, so please refrain from submitting a donation application form and paying the donation at this stage.

We will confirm the contents of the donation you contacted and the target project cost.

We will answer whether or not you accept it as a corporate version of your hometown tax payment.

As soon as you confirm your donation application, we will send you a payment slip.

Please pay the donation at the designated financial institution (bank, Japan Post Bank, etc.).

Yokohama City will issue a receipt to the companies and organizations that have donated.

The company / organization that donated will use the receipt to declare to the tax office that the local revitalization support tax system is applied.

・Donations from companies and organizations whose headquarters (main offices and offices under the Local Tax Law) are located in Yokohama City are not eligible for this system.
・Contributions per business by one company / organization starts from 100,000 yen.
・It is forbidden to receive financial benefits in exchange for making a donation.
・The period covered by this system is from FY2021 to FY2024.
・Yokohama City will report on the number and amount of donations to the government and the Yokohama City Council.
・If the donor is a gangster or a gangster or a person who has a close relationship with a gangster, we will refuse the application for donation or return the donated money.
