In Motoichi, we have preserved and utilized historical buildings and developed a town where you can feel the individuality and charm of Yokohama. Buildings with particularly high value are certified as "Yokohama City Certified Historic Buildings" (104 cases in this case).
We have now certified the former Negishi Racecourse First Class Mamisho in Negishi Forest Park in Naka Ward.
In the future, we will position it as one of the initiatives of the "New Yokohama City Earthquake Disaster Prevention Strategy", promote earthquake resistance, and promote the use of the unique charm of historic buildings.
