This is a common issue for large cities with downtown areas, and it was necessary to take measures in cooperation with nine prefectures and cities in order to create a good landscape in the city and prevent harm to the public.
　As a result of the examination, in the regulation of advertising vehicles, since the understanding of businesses regarding the outdoor advertising ordinance and systems is not sufficient, the nine prefectures and cities decided to cooperate in public relations. At the same time, we have decided to make a request to the government regarding dissemination and enlightenment regarding compliance with the "Road Transport Vehicle Security Standards" for lighting equipment used in advertising vehicles.
