With the introduction of the LIVE video communication system (Video 119), the 119th caller and the Fire Command Center send and receive images to understand the condition of the victim and the detailed situation of the disaster site. Through this initiative, it can be expected that the survival rate will be improved by quickly and accurately operating fire brigade and rescue squads and providing effective first aid.
