With the introduction of the LIVE video communication system (video 119), the fire command center will transmit and receive images at the 119 caller and the fire command center to grasp the condition of the victim and the detailed situation of the disaster site. Through this initiative, it can be expected that the survival rate will be improved by prompt and accurate operation of fire brigade and rescue squads and effective first aid.
