The former Kami-Seya communication facility Harappa (Navy Plaza) will be open to the public.
At the same time, a large sky experience event will be held on Saturday, September 21.

In commemoration of the 50th anniversary of the Seya Ward system, Kamiseya, which is aiming to invite the International Horticultural Exposition, the former Kami-Seya Communication Facility Harappa (Navy Plaza) will be open to the public before and after the Seya Festival. During the opening period, tarp tents and hammocks can be rented free of charge. In addition, a "big sky experience event" will be held on Saturday, September 21 during the opening period. Enjoy a picnic under the large sky of Kami-Seya.
