To commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Seya Ward System, we will hold an "Olympian Kakekko Class" for the next year's Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Dai Tamesue, a men's 400m hurdle Japanese record holder who has participated in the Olympics three times in Sydney, Athens, and Beijing Games three times in the Sydney, Athens and Beijing Games.
