Under the slogan “Our Health is Our Hands,” the Nishi Ward Dietary Improvement Committee (nickname: Healthmate), a volunteer group promoting health promotion in the community, created a collection of recipes for pack cooking to commemorate the 60th anniversary and the 80th anniversary of the Nishi Ward system.
