To celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Nishi Ward system, the Executive Committee of the 80th anniversary of the Nishi Ward system is soliciting a logo design proposal that uses the Nishi Ward mascot characters "Nishimaro-chan" and "Nishi Ward logo mark".
