The Nishi Ward Insect Listening to the Sound of Insects is a traditional festival in Nishi Ward, where you can enjoy Noh (outdoor tea ceremonies) and koto and shakuhachi. On the day of the event, all lights handmade snow cave are lit at Mt. Kamon Park.
