Due to the long-term COVID-19 pandemic, exercise opportunities and interaction with people have decreased, and the number of people whose mind and body are weakening.
In Nishi Ward, care prevention lectures and health checks are held with the aim of helping residents understand the need for nursing care prevention and to support independent maintenance and promotion of health. Professor Minoru Yamada of the University of Tsukuba will be invited to the lecture, and health checks will be carried out with the cooperation of private companies and organizations such as health support pharmacies.
No reservation is required, so please feel free to come.
