About publication of Naka Ward action plan (plan) for construction of Yokohama-type community-based comprehensive care system and conduct of citizen opinion offer

　In order for elderly people to continue living in their own areas in the area they are accustomed to living, it is necessary to build a comprehensive community care system that provides care prevention, life support, housing, medical care, and nursing care. In Yokohama-shi, we work on construction of "Yokohama-type community-based comprehensive care system" to promote detailed approach according to characteristic of each area of daily living and decide to show medium- to long-term strategy for each ward.
　As plan of "Naka Ward Action Plan for Construction of Yokohama-type comprehensive community care system" with the planning period up to 2025 has been finalized, so please send us your opinions and suggestions.
