Regarding the notification sheet (Ayumi Contact Form) distributed in October 2022 and March 2023, it was found that three Municipal Elementary Schools schools, one junior high school, and one high school. We apologized and explained to elementary school studenｔ students and parents, and collected the wrong notification sheet (Ayumi / Contact Form) and replaced it with the correct one.
