[Press Release] We will conduct dialogue (sounding surveys) with businesses to provide a reference when considering "future of junior high school meals in the future".

　Since April 2021, Yokohama City has been conducting optional junior high school meals (delivery type) program. In addition to nutritional balance, we have made efforts to help students learn through school lunch, such as offering menus that have few opportunities to eat at home, such as local cuisine, event foods, and local production for local consumption.
　Currently, with the aim of providing junior high school school lunch to more students based on the purpose of the School Lunch Law, we are working on organizing issues and examining implementation schedules for all methods. Dialogue (Sounding Survey) will be conducted for businesses interested in the Yokohama City Junior High School Lunch Business in order to use it as a reference when considering the "future of junior high school meals" which we are aiming to be announced in December 2022.
