At around 5:00 on December 2, two employees of a security company commissioned by Yokohama Port Wharf Co., Ltd., designated as designated managers of the facility by Yokohama City, were involved in truck gate contact during opening and closing the gate of Daikoku Wharf. An accident occurred in which one of them died.
