In 2011, Yokohama City and Frankfurt City formed a partnership as a partner city, and established a "Cultural Arts Creation City" as one of the areas in which the two cities will focus on promoting exchanges.
This year, which marks the 10th anniversary of the partnership and the 160th anniversary of the Japan-Germany exchange, Yokohama's shadow painting theater company "Theatrical Company Scarecrowza" will hold live performances and workshops. You can also watch online from Japan as well.
