Mayor Yamanaka will be presenting a video message at the International Mayors Forum, an online conference hosted by the United Nations Office for Sustainable Development (UNOSD).
He will be the only head of a city and local government in Japan, and will communicate to the world about Yokohama's SDGs initiatives and VLR (Spontaneous Local Government Review).
