While securing human resources for childcare and early childhood education has become an issue, Yokohama City has been working with nursery schools and kindergartens in the city to increase the number of future leaders. We carry out "Yokohama Yoho Project-Yokohama Bern-" to send the appeal of junior and senior high school students.
In fiscal 2023, we distributed a PR pamphlet "Let's become a teacher for kindergartens, nursery schools, and certified children's schools in Yokohama!" And released a web video created using the pamphlet as material. I will let you know.
