Regarding the outsourcing ordered by the Child and Youth Bureau Children's Rights Protection Division, a bid was opened on Tuesday, October 3, 2023, and the winning bidder was determined. After that, it was found that there was an error in the contents of the design documents, so the bid was canceled on Thursday, October 12.
