At around 16:00 on December 10, 2021, an obscene incident occurred in a women's elementary school studenｔ at a facility in Isogo Ward that supports children's lives. A guardian who heard the situation from elementary school studenｔ after returning home reported the police, and on January 6, 2022 the suspect was arrested.
