Delays in sending special tickets

For households receiving Child Raising Allowance, special tickets for city buses, private buses, municipal subways, and Kanazawa Seaside Line are issued to those who have submitted a special ticket called "registration form for Grant" for special tickets.
Originally, those who submitted the "registration form Request for Grant" received several communications that they should be sent by March 31, 2021 but did not receive it.
Therefore, after conducting an emergency check in the Children's Home Division, it was found that the "Grant Request registration form" for 799 people had not been processed.
