"Local gathering" is place of discussion that inhabitants of a ward (resident, working, attending school in ward) work on local problem independently and solve. This year marks the 45th year, co-hosted by the Hodogaya Ward District Alliance Neighborhood Associations and Hodogaya Ward Residents' Conference.
