　Using OriHime, various incurable disease and people with disabilities can work in their homes away from their stores. As a result, the possibilities of working styles is expanding, such as being able to work in a posture while lying down, or depending on the disability, hiring a job called customer service, which was difficult until now.
　When I talked to a person who actually worked as a pilot, he said, "The main life was to connect with family and hospital people until now, but this work has expanded the world." And "I can enjoy conversation through OriHime" and "I can work at my own pace, and have various encounters and fun."

　In addition, at the shop, you can enjoy art exhibitions created by people with disabilities and get event information. You can also purchase sweets such as cookies and chocolates made at work centers for the disabled.

　During the interview, the pilot said, "I am happy and rewarding from the customer." I would like to deepen my understanding of the employment of people with disabilities so that as many people as possible can gain the joy of working.
