1 "Proposals from citizens" submission form
In "suggestion from citizen", we install "suggestion from citizen" contribution form (outside site) using Yokohama-shi electronic application, report system. Please read the following notes before accessing.

2 Destination of e-mails and letters of "Proposals from Citizens"
- When you hope for answer from Motoichi and publication of "citizen's voice", please state that "we want answer (publication)" in the text. Please note that if you cannot confirm the answer or intention to publish, it will be treated as "request for answer" or "non-publication".
- In addition to the city hall, ward office, administrative service corner, special posting papers are placed in some public facilities such as district centers and libraries, in addition to mailing envelopes.
