When you find any damage such as a hole in the road, you can send photos and location information from the Yokohama City LINE official account to report it.
By using it by many citizens, we will lead to a quick grasp of road damage and a quicker response.

2. Tap "Road Damage Information"
3. From the dedicated talk screen to start, select and enter the damage type, photo, location information, etc. according to the guidance.

• You can report 24 hours a day, but confirmation of reception will be made between 8:45 am and 5:00 pm on weekdays.
• We perform on-site confirmation based on information that we had and, in the case of information of road which Yokohama-shi manages, we examine correspondence such as repair or follow-up.
• We cannot cope about information of road which Yokohama-shi does not manage including private road. However, if the administrator such as the country can be identified, information may be provided to the administrator.
• About whether it is road which Yokohama-shi manages, we can confirm in "authorized route map" of map "Yokohama-no-michi" in "Yokohama-shi administrative map reporting system".
