By using it by many citizens, we will lead to a quick grasp of road damage and respond more quickly.

2. Tap "Road Damage Information"
3. From the dedicated talk screen to start, select and enter the damage type, photo, location information, etc. according to the instructions.

For any damage other than the above, please contact each Public Works Office by phone.

• You can report 24 hours a day, but receive confirmation will be made between 8:45 am and 5:00 pm on weekdays.
• We perform on-site confirmation based on information that we had and, in the case of information of road which Yokohama-shi manages, examine correspondence such as repair or follow-up.
• We cannot cope with information of road which Yokohama-shi does not manage including private road. However, if a manager such as the country, can be identified, information may be provided to the administrator.
• About whether it is road which Yokohama-shi manages, we can confirm in "authorized route map" of map "Yokohama Michi" in "Yokohama-shi administration map reporting system".
