Request for Examination
The Administrative Appeals Examination System is based on the Administrative Appeals Examination Act (Law No. 68 of 2014), and if the rights and interests of the citizens (citizens) are violated by illegal or unlawful disposal or omission by the administrative agency, It is a system to ensure the proper operation of the government under procedures.
Difference from Trial
The difference from the administrative case lawsuit is that the request for examination is (1) a procedure based on written hearing, (2) no fee is charged (however, a fee is required if a copy of evidence is issued.) 3. Not only the illegality of the disposition but also the unfairness of the disposition may be examined.
Difference from public hearing
Requests for examination are intended for dispositions by administrative agencies or omissions in applications. Therefore, dissatisfaction with the staff's response and the system stipulated by laws and regulations will not be subject to hearing. Standard Trial Period
