About Yokohama City Administrative Appeals Examination Committee

In the request for examination, the examiner who is not involved in the disposition will preside over the hearing procedure, but in order to ensure even greater fairness, the Examining Authority is to consult a third-party organization. In Motoichi, we set up Yokohama-shi administrative complaint examination committee as this third-party organization.
The Yokohama City Administrative Appeals Examination Committee checks the adequacy of the hearing procedure mainly conducted by the examiner and the adequacy of the judgment of the Examining Agency, including the interpretation of laws and regulations, and reports the results to the Examining Agency.
