About the examiner

When a request for examination is made, a "trial member" will be appointed as the person who presides over the hearing procedure. During the hearing procedure, when submitting a counter-argument or evidence, please submit it to the examiner.
The examiner receives a statement, etc. from the Disposal Agency and a counter-argument statement from the requester for examination, conducts necessary investigations, etc., and prepares a written opinion on the decision to be made by the Examining Agency (Investigator's opinion). And submit it to the Examining Agency along with the case record.
