In the future, please use the "Completion registration form pertaining to the commissioned work" for partial inspection.
- March 1, 2021 Review of seal signatures on application formsIn response to this, we abolished seal locations such as trustees or site managers, for forms other than the Consignment Business Meeting Book and Accident Report.
