• Effective date is April 1, 2022. (Applicable to outsourcing contracts contracted on or after April 1, 2022.)
• On April 1, 2024, the organization name was revised in accordance with the reorganization. (There is no change in the content.)
• After completion inspection or partial inspection, we will carry out scoring and rating based on "maintenance business consignment evaluation standard such as park green space maintenance business consignment evaluation standard". In addition, we will notify the trustee of the evaluation results.

A contract procedure was carried out in Finance Bureau out of maintenance business consignment such as park green tract of land which applied "common specifications such as park green tract of land" to be concluded after April 1, 2024, and Those that fall under any of the following:

1. Ordered by the Green Environment Bureau Park and Green Area Division.
2. Orders are ordered by the Public Works Office in each ward and implemented for city parks.

In fiscal 2022 and 2023, the contract procedure was carried out in Finance Bureau out of the contract for maintenance of parks and green spaces that apply the "Common Specifications for Maintenance of Parks and Green Spaces," which were concluded in fiscal 2022 and 2023.

1. Orders ordered by the Environmental Planning Bureau Green Up Promotion Department (Greenery Promotion Division, Green Space Conservation Promotion Division, Environmental Activity Support Center) or the Park and Green Area Department (Northern Parks and Greenery Project Coordination Office, Southern Parks and Greenery Project Coordination Office, Zoo Division, Parks and Green Space Development Division, Parks and Green Space Preservation Division, Parks and Green Space Management Division).
2. Orders are ordered by the Public Works Office in each ward and implemented for city parks.
