It is a "park and green space construction construction management table" for use for confirmation of construction management items between the ordering party and the contractor.
Please check the notes and use it.

1. The use of this list is optional. This form is also not stipulated.
2. It is assumed to be attached to the construction work plan.
3. Not all items of the two management standards (construction management standards and photo management standards) are not supported. Please be careful when using it.
4. For information on how to use the two management standards, check the respective standards.

• Revised in April 2024.
