Person who is going to participate in 2 bids must meet all of the following conditions and must be confirmed to be bid participation qualification.

　(1) 　Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964, Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and being a person who has the qualifications stipulated by the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.

　(2) A person who has been registered as "C: Other Construction Consultants" of "905: Duties such as construction consultants" in "905: Duties such as construction consultants" in "905: Business such as construction consultants" in Reiwa 5/6 .

　(3) Being a person who has not received a nomination suspension based on the measures outline such as Yokohama City nomination suspension, on any day between the deadline for submitting the general competitive bidding participation qualification confirmation application submission deadline to the successful bidder decision date.

　(4) Engineer (Construction Division) as the site manager A person who has a qualification of "Construction-River, Sabo and Coast / Ocean" and who has registered under the Engineers Act (Act No. 25 of 1983) or has a track record of the same type or similar work as the business concerned To be a person.
