The person providing the guidance must meet one of the following conditions by the time the submission of the bid participation intention pertaining to this consignment contract.
(1) Those who have completed the "Traffic Safety Leader Training Course" hosted by the Cabinet Office
(2) Those who have completed the “Traffic Safety Education Leader Training Workshop” sponsored by the Nihon Kotsu Safety Education Promotion Association
(3) "Special instructor for bicycle safety education" recognized by the Japan Traffic Safety Association
(4) "Bicycle Safety Education Instructor" recognized by each prefectural road safety association
(5) Those who have any of the following instruction results five or more times within three years
　Oh, conduct of traffic safety classrooms, lectures or workshops on traffic safety for junior high school students or high school students (1 hour or more each time)
　Conduct of classrooms, lectures or workshops on traffic safety for i citizens (more than one hour per time)
　(C) Conduct classrooms, lectures or workshops on traffic safety for private businesses or local government officials (1 hour or more per time)
