Those who have the qualification to propose this proposal are corporations and other organizations (including joint ventures jointly by multiple organizations) (hereinafter referred to as "groups") that can safely and smoothly manage and operate the target facility during the performance period. A person who satisfies all of the following conditions, and in the case of a joint venture, all the constituent businesses must meet the conditions. However, for (4), one of the constituent organizations must satisfy.

(１) Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (Regulation No. 59 of March 1964) and being a person who has the qualifications stipulated by the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.

(２) Being listed in the Reiwa 5/6 Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (articles, consignment, etc.).

(３) Location division of Yokohama-shi general competitive bidding qualified person list must be listed in "city".

(４) Practitioners who have a track record of facility management and operation related to the management and operation of "bicycle parking lots" in the past 10 years or the management and operation of "car parking lots and building management" in the past 10 years Have

(５) For the period from the deadline for submission of the application form to the specific date of the contract candidate, the person who has not received suspension measures according to the provisions of the Guidelines for Measures such as suspension of participation in Yokohama City General Competition and Nomination Suspension of Nomination (April 1, 2004).

(６) Those who have not been suspended from bank transactions.
(７) A petition for commencement of rehabilitation proceedings pursuant to the Corporate Rehabilitation Act (Act No. 154 of 2002) or a petition for rehabilitation proceedings pursuant to the Civil Rehabilitation Act (Act No. 225 of 1999) (Excluding those who have been determined by Yokohama City as having no risk of falling into immorable.) It's not.
(８) Committee member of committee based on Yokohama-shi bicycle parking lot management administration evaluation committee regulations (September, 2014 Yokohama-shi regulations 54th) is not directly involved in management or administration.
(９) No recommendation has been received from the the Labor Standards Inspection Office within two years (if any, if so, it must have been reported to the Labor Standards Inspection Office about the implementation of necessary measures).

[Notice of participation qualification confirmation result and submission of proposal-related materials submission request form]
Confirm that the applicant who submitted the application form satisfies the qualifications of the proposer, and to all applicants for participation.
"Participation qualification confirmation result" will be issued by December 4, 2023 (Friday).
In addition, if it is confirmed that the applicant satisfies the qualification of the proposer is satisfied, it will be added together with the “Result of Participation Eligibility Confirmation Results”.
We will issue a "Proposal-related Material Submission Request Form". Delivery will be made by E-mail (data such as Word, PDF, etc.).
