1 Proposal Qualification
All of the following conditions shall be met.
(1) In the Reiwa 3.4, Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualification List (Articles, consignment, etc.), "Specific B: Consulting (excluding construction consulting, etc.)" or "350: Other consignment Etc. " Provided, however, that this shall not apply if the above event is being applied for the above event and registration is completed by the date on which the candidate for the contract candidate is submitted.
(2)Being a person who has not received a nomination suspension based on the measures outline, such as Yokohama City nomination suspension, from the deadline for submission of the participation intention application form to the specific date of the contract candidate.
(3) In the case of a consortium (a community formed for the purpose of joint and solidarity), all of the following conditions must be met.
　　(A) All members must meet the conditions of (1) and (2).
　　(A) The members must not be a member of another consortium that makes proposals for the work.
　　　　In addition, members of the consortium must not participate as a single company.
　　C. Be sure to determine the secretary and submit the application form for participation (Form 1-1) specified in these guidelines.
　　　　In addition, for co-proposers other than the secretary, submit an application form for participation (joint proposal) (Form 1-2).
