• In the case of bringing, you will be accepted from 9:00 am to 12:00 (noon) and from 1 pm to 5 pm on weekdays at the Environmental Planning Bureau Parks and Green Space Development Division Kami Seya Section (28th floor of the City Hall). In addition, this section is divided into the 27th floor and the 28th floor of the city hall (north and south sides), but this charge is on the 28th floor south side.
• If the submission deadline has passed, we will not accept it. However, if the arrival is delayed due to the delivery company's reason, it will be accepted with the proof.
