(4)Persons who do not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (1947 Cabinet Order No. 16).
(5)Being a person who has not received suspension measures according to the provisions of the Measures Guidelines for Yokohama City General Competition and Nomination Suspension from the date of submission of the application form to the date on which the trustee is determined.
