A person who intends to submit a proposal must meet all of the following conditions:
(1) In FY2019 and FY2, the “Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (Articles, Consignment, etc.)” was ranked first, and sales details “market / opinion polls” and “consulting (Construction) Excluding consulting). Or, at the time of submitting the application form for participation, those who are currently applying for participation and have completed registration by the date on which the trustee.
(2) From the deadline for submitting the application form to the specific date of the contract candidate, "Persons who have not received suspension measures according to the provisions of the Yokohama City General Competition Suspension and Nomination Suspension" (April 1, 2004).
(3) Persons who do not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (1947 Cabinet Order No. 16)

Location: Economic Affairs Bureau, Yokohama (Kannai Chuo Building, 2-22 Masagocho, Naka-ku, Yokohama)
Attendees: There must be no more than three persons, including business personnel.
Others: Details are described in the proposal preparation guidelines, but the date and time, location, etc. are currently scheduled. The final information will be announced separately to the prospective proposer.

If you have any questions about the contents of the guidelines, etc., please submit a questionnaire as follows.

[Notice Concerning Participation]
　Among those who have submitted the application for participation, those who have been qualified for the proposal and those who have not been accepted will be notified in writing of that fact and the reason therefor.
　1 Notification date
　By Wednesday, August 14, 2019, we will notify you by e-mail.
　2 Others
　Applicants who have been notified that their proposal has not been granted may request a written explanation of why the proposal was not accepted.
In addition, we must submit document to participation intention application form presentation by 5:00 pm five days after excluding city hall closing agency day from the next day when Motoichi sent notice.
　Motoichi responds in writing to person who requested explanation within five days excluding city hall closing day from the day following the day when the above document was received.
