(1)Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964, Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and being a person who has the qualifications stipulated by the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
(2)In the 2017 Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (related to goods, consignment, etc.), "Small A system development, maintenance and operation" of "Computer Business" and "Small A computer (main unit) , Peripheral Equipment ".
(3)Being a person who has not received a nomination suspension based on the measures outline such as Yokohama City nomination stoppage on any day between March 7, 2019 and the date of opening the bill.
(4)A person who has a track record of business related to application development and system construction on the virtualization infrastructure in the country, prefecture, or core city or higher.
(5)As of March 7, 2019, ISO9001 certification or have established an equivalent quality control system.
(6)As of March 7, 2019, there must be multiple information processing engineers with public qualifications, such as a project manager (Independent Information Processing Promotion Agency), and must have a system that can perform business.
(7)Acquired the Privacy Mark set by the Japan Information Economy and Society Promotion Association on March 7, 2019.
