2. Participants shall be those who meet all of the following conditions in the 2017 Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Participant Qualified Person List at the time of submission of the intention to participate.
(a) Business Category: “Event Planning and Operations” ranked first. Details: A person who has all registered "Venue setup", "Exhibition Creation", "Event Planning", and "Event Management".
(b) Business Category: A person who has registered "Print Planning and Design"
3. The location category must be registered in "city" or "quasi-city".
4. Being a person who does not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (1947 Cabinet Order No. 16).
5. Being a person who has not received suspension measures according to the provisions of the Measures Summary (April 1, 2018) from the date of submission of the application form to the date on which the trustee is determined. .
6. The same participant cannot make multiple proposals.
7. You can't apply as a consortium.
8. After submitting the proposal, it is not possible to change the business system that may affect the content of the proposal or evaluation.
