２．Participants shall be those who are registered in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (Related to Goods and Consignment) at the time of submission of the application form, and shall meet all of the following conditions.

C. Location Category: In the city
D. Planning site manager: Person prescribed in maintenance duties common specifications (October, 2017 version) such as park green tract of land.
This consignment does not allow concurrently serve as the person in charge of the planned assignment site.
３. The same participant cannot make multiple proposals.
