Person who can plan proposal for this proposal is person who works closely with city company around Yokohama Port and can perform from business planning to administration, management, promotion of business appropriately, and meets all the following requirements Person who meets.

（４） Being a person who does not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (1947 Cabinet Order No. 16).
